ponemos a fuego muy alto y cuando los 2 aros (cada olla es diferente) hayan subido, la ponemos a juego medio aproximadamente a media potencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure batidora hasta crear una salsa homogenea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego esta salsa se deja reducir un poco mas a fuego lento y por ultimo se le vuelven a a\u00f1adir los trozos de carrillada<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CONSEJO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se puede acompa\u00f1ar con unas buenas patatas fritas o un pure de patata y siempre con un buen vino tinto el que mas nos
